Heather Coons, Director of Leasing, is responsible for managing BluRock Commercial Real Estate’s brokerage services. She specializes in landlord and tenant representation across Central Florida markets. Heather has represented local and national tenants including Great Clips, Walk On’s, Red Robin, First Watch, One Main Financial, Bruster’s, Chuy’s, Insomnia Cookies, Chuck E Cheese, Tijuana Flats & Bruster’s Ice Cream. Heather works closely with her clients to develop and execute real estate strategies. She helps her clients develop local concepts or relocate and expand their national footprint. Heather also has extensive experience in landlord representation, including Kimco Realty, Unicorp National Developments, Ustler Development, and various local and regional landlords.
Heather is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Marketing. Heather grew up in Miami, Florida. She currently resides in Winter Park with her husband and two children.
